We are looking for a full-time Director/VP of Operations.
This person will have direct interaction with our clients so the individual should be comfortable working with clients and communicating the results of their campaigns. This person will also develop and implement metric-based success criteria within the organization to improve client success. We are looking for a smart, energetic and detail-oriented person to help our rapidly growing business.
This position requires a strong project management background as well as strong analytical and spreadsheet skills in order to optimize our clients’ campaigns. Internet Marketing is also a hot industry that continues to grow despite the poor economy, and LeadQual has experienced over 100% growth in each of the periods 2007-2008 and 2008-2009. There will be opportunities to wear many hats and experience a fun startup environment, and there will be opportunities to grow.
LeadQual helps companies generate and ultimately close leads Internet-based leads.
Position Responsibilities: • Develop and implement success metric-based success criteria for internal operations and external client management • Assess client business needs and define requirements for setup and integration with LeadQual system. • Provide project management and assist clients with technical integration. • Define success metrics for each client and establish tracking and reporting. • Regularly meet with clients to report status and metrics. • Analyze client metrics and work with LeadQual and client staff to optimize and improve conversion and profitability. • Optionally, you will have or be able to develop technical skills to write custom integration scripts, using technologies such as PHP, HTTP and FTP.
Requirements: • Smart, Energetic, Detail Oriented and Very Analytical. • Strong Project management skills and ability to understand and adapt to complex client relationships and business processes. • Ability to be Self-Directed and Self-Motivated a must. • Proficient in MS Excel and hopefully MS Access. • 5+ Years of experience in Operational Capacity, including Project Management and Analytics • Good Interpersonal Skills. Client Interaction Experience a plus. • Bachelors Degree Required. Business, Marketing, Finance, and Economics preferred, but not required. MBA Desired. • Technology savvy • Any scripting language (PHP / Java) or Programming Experience is a plus.
LeadQual is based in Nowalk, but we will be moving soon to Bridgeport/Stratford area to accommodate our growth.
